Privacy Policy

This policy covers the drtonydental.com website and its subdomains.

It does NOT cover medical records or clinical data created at the clinic. Those follow Vietnam's medical examination and treatment laws and the clinic's medical records retention rules.

The website uses no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookies, and no cross-site behavioural tracking of any kind.

• Calling you back to confirm and schedule the appointment you requested.
• Answering your questions about our services.
• Understanding which content people care about, so we can improve the site.
• Monitoring page speed and fixing technical faults.

We do not use the data you submit for retargeted advertising, and we do not send bulk marketing messages you did not ask for.

We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when you choose to submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time, as described under Your rights. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew.

We do not sell or trade personal data. It passes only through the technical providers below, and only to the minimum extent the website needs:

• Vercel — hosting, website delivery, and anonymous traffic measurement.
• Resend — delivering the appointment form's contents to the clinic's inbox.
• Sanity — content management system. It holds the site's published content only, no customer data.
• Google Maps — the map embedded in the footer. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address under Google's own policy.

We may also disclose data where a competent state authority requires it under Vietnamese law.

• Emails containing the name and phone number from the appointment form: kept for a maximum of 24 months from receipt, then deleted. The website stores this information in no database at all.
• Anonymous statistics: retained under the provider's own policy, never linked to an individual.
• If you become a patient, your medical records are retained for the period Vietnamese medical law requires — separately from this policy.

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection, you hold the following rights over your data:

• To know how your personal data is being processed.
• To give or withhold consent to processing.
• To access your data and ask for corrections.
• To withdraw consent you previously gave.
• To request deletion of your data.
• To request that processing be restricted.
• To object to processing.
• To complain, denounce, litigate, and claim damages as provided by law.

How to exercise them: call 0909 994 126 or email drtonydental@gmail.com, stating your request and the phone number you used on the form. We respond within 72 working hours.

The website runs entirely over HTTPS. Form contents are transmitted encrypted to the clinic's inbox and are not stored on the website's servers. Access to that inbox is limited to staff who handle appointments directly.

No system is perfectly secure. Should a personal data breach occur, we will notify you and the competent authority as required by law.

The website collects no health information. The form asks only for a name and phone number — please do not describe medical conditions in those fields.

All health information is collected in person at the clinic. It is sensitive personal data under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP and is handled under the clinic's own procedures and Vietnamese medical law.

Patient photographs, videos and treatment stories are published only with separate written consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time and we will take the related content down.

The website is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data through the form. For patients under 16, appointments must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.

When this policy changes, we update the date shown at the top of the page. Changes take effect when published.
