- We are at 36-38 Ton That Tung, Ben Thanh Ward — in the central District 1 area. The clinic opened in September 2019 and has stayed at this one address ever since, with no other branches. If you see it listed as 36-38 Ton That Tung, Pham Ngu Lao Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, that is still us — the ward was merged into Ben Thanh; we have not moved. Keeping the team and the equipment together in one place is how we look after patients properly.
- What does Invisalign Black Diamond Provider mean?
- It is a certification from Invisalign (USA). The ranking is based purely on the number of cases a clinician has actually treated. Put simply, the title is the result of the thousands of aligner cases we have completed — not an award anyone can buy. It says something about how much handling of aligners the clinician has behind them.
- Do you take complex cases, or cases that went wrong at another clinic?
- Yes. We take protrusion, underbite, reverse bite, open bite and deep bite. And if you were treated elsewhere and are unhappy with the result, or are stuck mid-treatment, we examine you again from scratch and build a completely new plan to put it right — rather than patching over the old one.
- Who personally plans my treatment?
- Dr Ho Le Bao An, the Medical Director, personally maps out how each tooth will move and signs the plan off before any aligner is manufactured. At your review appointments, clinicians on the team follow your progress under his guidance, and every adjustment made during treatment is his call.
- Does the clinic do anything besides Invisalign?
- Straightening alone is sometimes not enough for the smile you want, so we also do porcelain veneers, implants and whitening. Because it all happens under one roof, your dentist can map out every step from day one through to the day the last aligner comes off — no running between clinics.
- Do the doctors and staff speak English?
- Yes. Our Medical Director and the clinical team communicate fluently in English. You can comfortably discuss your concerns, ask questions, and fully understand your treatment plan without any language barrier.
- I am only in Ho Chi Minh City for a short time. Can I start Invisalign here?
- Yes. Your first visit for a consultation and 3D scan takes only about 45–60 minutes. Once your custom aligners are produced, we will guide you on how to wear them. If you are returning to your home country, you can take the aligner sets with you, and our doctor will monitor your progress remotely online.
- Are there different prices for tourists or hidden fees?
- No. We have one transparent price list for everyone — locals and foreigners alike. You will know the exact total cost of your treatment before we begin, with absolutely no hidden fees.
- What happens if I need help while wearing aligners in my home country?
- We design your bespoke treatment plan very carefully to minimize the need for mid-treatment clinical visits. For routine check-ins or minor questions, our doctor will support you directly online. However, please note that any major clinical adjustments will require a visit to our clinic in Ho Chi Minh City.
